CR Yard Signs & Sport Symbols Payment Form

Show your CINCO PRIDE by displaying a CR yard sign & sport symbol(s) to support our school, athletes, coaches, and the whole athletics program. 

#CPOE = Cougar Pride Over Everything

 All signs are made of wood & are non-gender specific.  Each Yard Sign comes with a metal stake & the necessary hardware/hooks, and each Sport Symbol includes an attached hook that is used to attach the symbol to the CR yard sign. 

 

CR Yard Sign - $65.00/each

Sub-Varsity  Sport Symbol - $10.00/ea

Varsity Sport Symbol - $20.00/ea

 

This registration will allow you to order & submit your payment online.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure all your information is provided accurately.  To complete the registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 3-5 days to receive an email or phone call from one of our booster club volunteers for details of pick up OR delivery day/time.  Please be sure to provide a good contact email & number so we can reach you!!
